White House Decries 'Democrat Fabrication' as Additional Jeffrey Epstein Images Disclosed

Democratic lawmakers have published a new tranche of what they labeled "alarming" pictures from the property of adjudicated sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, featuring notably Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and ex-UK prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The opening batch of 19 images—some of which have been seen before—plus another 70 unveiled later on Friday account for a minuscule portion of the almost 100,000 images provided to the House oversight committee, which is looking into the actions and ties of Epstein.

The fallen money manager died by apparent suicide in a New York jail cell in 2019 after being charged with sex-trafficking crimes.

Prominent Personalities in the Photos

Featured among the prominent personalities seen in the initial batch are well-known figures such as film director Woody Allen; Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, originator of the Virgin business group.

Donald Trump is pictured in three of the first nineteen images. In one, he is photographed with six women, whose faces are redacted.

Administration Response

The White House reacted to the release in a statement, alleging Democrats of selectively "choosing" the photographs for political purposes and to "attempt to fabricate a false narrative."

"The Democrat hoax against President Trump has been time and again refuted," a presidential representative stated, insisting that "the current government has accomplished more for Epstein's survivors than Democrats have ever done by repeatedly calling for disclosure, disclosing thousands of pages of documents, and calling for more inquiries into Epstein's Democratic associates."

Panel Member Comment

The photographs were disclosed devoid of explanation, but according to a Democratic representative from California and ranking member of the oversight committee, they elicit additional doubts about Epstein's associations with affluent people.

"Now is the occasion to halt this White House cover-up and bring justice to the victims of Jeffrey Epstein and his influential associates," he declared in a statement.

The publication of these images coincides with the House panel proceeding with its investigation into the Epstein case.
